The Splinter disc from new Finnish manufacturer, Obsidian Discs Oy, was PDGA Approved as of 9-17-2014.

"Splinter is a flat top putter intended for all skill levels. It is stable, does not flip over even when thrown very hard, and has a predictable and reliable fade. The bottom part of the rim is rounded comfortably to help you to release the disc every time with the same accuracy. Splinter comes in two plastics: H-type is a very durable and elastic blend that is able to take a beating and will wear out really slowly.
