Player of the Year Update - June 2015

Player of the Year point standings for events reported by June 2nd show Paul McBeth #27523 with a commanding lead, earning 200 points versus Will Schusterick #29064 and Nikko Locastro #11534 in 2nd and 3rd with 78 and 65 points, respectively. Paige Pierce #29190 has a solid lead among women with 187 points followed by Catrina Allen #44184 and Valarie Jenkins #17495 with 117 and 100 points, respectively.

Eligible Rookies Needed!

Calling all male and female players who wish to be a contender for Rookie of the Year (ROY) honors! As of June 27th, the only woman identified as a candidate for ROY is Vanessa Van Dyken #62325 with no male players having yet declared themselves as a candidates! Please contact the PDGA Tournament Manager to let us know if this is your rookie professional year.

This is your rookie year If...

• this is the first year you started the year or renewed as a PDGA member with a Professional classification OR
• you were classified as an Amateur member in 2014 and did not accept cash in a sanctioned pro division before July 19th, 2014.
