Course Updates for Milo East and Blue Lake At Pro Worlds

A few minor issues were noticed on the course maps for the 2014 PDGA Professional Disc Golf World Championships. 

Milo McIver East - Hole 9: ALL divisions will be playing from the top tee. The course map was updated to reflect this change but the course notes do not reflect this change, thus causing some confusion.

Blue Lake - Hole 13: ALL divisions will be playing to the basket on the right.
